Sterling Silver. They come in two sizes: small heart shape measures 17mm long by 10mm wide, the Medium is 19mm long by 17mm wide, and band is 2mm thick. Note: hand made, so please allow for slight variation in shape. 

Small shown on size 8 in the middle finger, and medium is size 6. Clean them with a  or baking soda.
